The Proceedings of the ICRC_2009 , one volume with the Invited, Rapporteur and Highlight Papers, have been sent to the Participants before October 25th. When several participants come from the same institution we have sent one package containing more copies. If you have not obtained the Proceedings yet, please let us know.

There will be only one volume of the Proceedings printed, the one with the invited, rapporteur and highlight talks.
The maximum length of an invited talk = 12 pages,
            a rapporteur talk = 15 pages,
            a highlight talk = 8 pages.
The deadline for sending the above papers is September 30th.
